Everyone starts on Limited and can upgrade any time from the app. When you change plan, the days you have left are converted at their value, so nothing is lost. Pay by bank transfer, card, USSD or through a Shiro agent. Access days are not money and can't be withdrawn. How your days work
What happens when my days run out?
Two days before, Shiro reminds you. After your last day there is a short grace period where you can keep recording. After that you can still view and export all your records, you just can't add new ones until you top up. You're never locked out of your own records.
Can I get my money back as cash?
Access days are not money: they can't be withdrawn or transferred. Shiro never holds your money.
Is there automatic renewal?
Only if you switch it on. We always show the price before any charge.
Is there a free plan?
No permanent free plan. Try the demo first, it has sample data so you can see exactly how Shiro works before paying.
