Every Nigerian business deserves to know its numbers
Shiro is built by SHIRO Global Links Limited, an innovation hub organisation in Nigeria. We make proper accounts as simple as a conversation.
What Shiro is here to do
Make bookkeeping as easy as talking
A trader should be able to record a normal day’s business by voice in under five minutes, no typing, no spreadsheets, no accounting degree.
Numbers you can trust
Records accurate enough to settle a debt dispute with a customer. Shiro confirms before saving and never invents a figure.
Know sales, cash and profit
Help every owner see the difference between what they sold, the cash in their hand and what they actually made.
Speak your language
English, Nigerian Pidgin and Yorùbá today, with more Nigerian languages as they pass our accuracy tests.
Affordable for everyone
From ₦50 a day on the Limited plan, paid the way that suits you, so the smallest market stall can keep proper accounts.
Your data, protected and yours
Secure by design, never sold, and yours to export or delete at any time.
Why we built Shiro
Millions of Nigerian businesses run on memory, notebooks and trust. Owners know they sold a lot today, but not always what they gained, who still owes them, or where the cash went. Existing accounting software assumes typing, spreadsheets and accounting training.
Shiro starts from how traders already work: talking. You say what happened. Shiro understands the market language, asks when something is missing, confirms, and records it properly, so sales, cash, debts and profit are always clear.
What we believe
- The AI interprets; the accounting engine decides. Numbers come from deterministic rules, never from AI guesswork.
- Respect people's time. Short questions, quick confirmations.
- Your data is yours. Export everything, any time. Delete when you choose.
- Pidgin and Nigerian languages are first-class.
- Honesty. Shiro is an assistant, not a human accountant or tax adviser, and when you need a person, we connect you.
Where we're going
More Nigerian languages, WhatsApp voice notes, and, only with your explicit consent, ways to share a verified trading history with lenders or cooperatives. Shiro shares data if you choose; it never lends money.
